OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) Your vacation contract is with Rs Travels (‘the Company’), a company registered in India, and all reservations are subject to these terms and conditions.
b) The Company will confirm your vacation through email as provided on the booking form.
c) All reservations must be made through a Company approved agent. When making a reservation, the Company booking form must be filled out and submitted, along with a 50% payment on the entire reservation cost.
