    Refund Policy

    OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

    a) You may cancel your vacation at any time as long as you provide the Company written notice. Any cancellation will be subject to the following fees:

    • Deposit of 50% for 30 days or longer
    • Deposit of 100% for 15 to 30 days
    • 80 percent of tour cost for 8–15 days
    • 100 percent of tour cost for 1–7 days
    Refund Mode: Bank Transfer
    Refund Duration : 10-15 Business Days after cancellation.

    b) After the itinerary is verified, the customer is allowed one set of adjustments free of charge but is responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the amendments, such as hotels. Any further alterations requested by the customer will be charged a fee of Rs. 500 to cover any communication and administrative costs incurred.
